Message Link is a small friendly predominantly inbound call centre, expanding due to increasing demand.

We are seeking a full time evening & weekend reliable individual to join our small friendly team in our roadside recovery department. Evening shift start time is strictly 5pm.Bank holidays required. You will be handling inbound requests for assistance & will be trained to deploy the correct solution. You must complete all three tests to be considered for this position. There is no selling involved.
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
- Demonstrating excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills to efficiently assist customers with their inquiries.
- Upholding a high standard of English spelling and grammar in all communication plus Geography and or google map reading skills
- Collaborating closely with a supportive team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learning and adapting to new software relevant to the job, with in-house training provided.

We understand the importance of comprehensive training for success in this role. The training period is six months, allowing you to fully grasp the complexities of the job and hone your skills. We do not involve any selling in this position; we are an inbound call centre focused on exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.15 per hour
