The Global FCO & DCS teams, within the Bank of America, provide a range of services such as FICC trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over the Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and Commodity Operations.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the settlement of physical precious metals and financial derivative trades for all indexes.
- Analyzing accounts receivable and payable ageing, working with counterparties, sales, traders, third parties and the confirmation team to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain internal control processes and procedures within an operational aware and risk culture environment.
- Some industry regulatory reporting tasks
- Fully understand the front to back trade cycle process and add value by challenging the current “status quo” through idea generation and the potential implementation of process improvements to the existing settlement cycle, system infrastructure or control environment.
- Communicate updates and escalation to senior management.
- Involvement in projects and ad-hoc testing.
- Build and nurture relationships with applicable parties to include internal/external clients and third party service providers.
- To act as point of contact in manager’s absence, for department lead and other senior managers.

- Be competent with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Demonstrates and encourages collaboration, connection, and teamwork within and beyond his/her team
