Sewell Wallis are thrilled to be working alongside a continuously growing business who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their office in Sheffield It's an exciting time to come into the team, with incredible plans to expand and progressas a company. You will be joining a lively office with shared values, they are a team in the truest sense of the word and look forward to welcoming an Office Administrator alongside them.
This is a varied role where the opportunity to progress is fantastic, and your duties will be aligned to this as you develop within the position. Typically your duties can include:

- Liaising with different departments to ensure thorough communication within the team (e.g. maintenance, finance, cleaners etc)
- Inputting and managing data on different systems such as CRM and cloud software
- Ensuring documents are maintained and stored correctly
- Quality assurance
- Assisting in other back-office tasks such as filing and scanning
- Ad-hoc duties assisting Managers and Directors
- Helping with the company's social media pages when required
- Ad-hoc PA tasks for Management and Directors such as diary management
- Have strong IT skills (Microsoft packages, cloud systems)
- Be proactive and work with initiative
- Comfortable communicating with other members on the team
- Be highly organised
- Have a strong work ethic
In this role you will receive:

- A salary ranging between 18-23k depending on experience
- 28 days holiday which rises with each year on service
