Working as a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the payroll and expenses, to include commissions, ensuring payments to employees are accurate.

With a minimum of 1 years’ experience and as a collaborative team player with exceptional integrity, you complete a range of diverse tasks calmly and methodically to a given deadline.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll -** responsible for the preparation of payroll and liaison with third party bureau for payroll processing and pension contribution/administration, including expenses and sales commissions and analysis
- **Expenses processing** - downloading of credit card statements, liaising with card holders to ensure completion of expense claims relating to charges on their cards and processing these claims in compliance with the Company Employee Expenses Policy
- **Sales commissions** - obtaining the required information to input to calculate sales commissions. Transferring the sales commission values into the payroll files
- **Liaison with payroll bureau** - responsible for sending payroll files to the payroll bureau in accordance with the agreed timeline and review of payroll file output to ensure on time production of payroll and accurate payments to employees
- **Accounting system** - responsible for the posting of salary and expense journals into the accounting system on a timely basis
- **Management information** - preparation of analysis of payroll and expenses, with analysis of variance to Budget/Forecast

Knowledge of SAGE 200, Rydoo and Autotask would be particularly useful but not essential, as would a good understanding of Advanced Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel), although training can be offered.
