Despatch Operative

**We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative to work in our busy Merthyr Tydfil site.**

**This is a full time, permanent position working on the night shift - 6.00pm to 2.30am Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of £12.42.**

Ensuring stock is rotated within department

Booking in stock and unloading/loading wagons

Picking and scanning to orders

Primary purpose is to ensure correct products are picked and quantities despatched.

Being accountable for ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.

**Requirements**:
**Key Duties And Responsibilities**
- Stock rotation
- Unloading/loading of product from wagons
- Booking in stock using the site system
- Health and Safety aware
- Always follow policies and procedures

**Qualifications And Experience**:

- Standard level of education required
- Numeracy is essential
- Previous warehouse experience
- PPT desirable but not essential

- Methodical and pro-active in required activities
- Always have a “can do” attitude and be a team player to support the whole department.
- Clear understanding of (English written and spoken) Adhere to business core values.
