**Overview**: Select Property Group are creating a new concept in the short term rental market by delivering accommodation that bridges the gap between a hotel and serviced apartment. We’re creating a brand that appeals to business executives and professionals who have a short-term accommodation need, offering them the location and luxury services of a hotel with the space of a home environment. The brand is CitySuites and is a new serviced apartment that offers luxury touches with home comforts, offering a level of service and quality you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere in the market. This fusion is the first of its kind and the end result is a highly desirable accommodation where residents don’t have to compromise on their lifestyle or property choice.

**Key roles for the Housekeeper Supervisor**
- Allocating duties to the housekeeping team.
- Checking the standards of the rooms the Housekeeping Assistants have cleaned.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Ensuring housekeeping standards are upheld to a high standard.
- Liaise with other departments to check availability of rooms or to make sure guests’ requests are met quickly.
- To ensure all communal areas are immaculate.

**Key roles for Housekeeping Assistant**:

- General Housekeeping duties such as cleaning bedrooms and public areas.
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Provide customer service to our residents, and ensure that all residents are always acknowledged and greeted whenever they are met.
- To be vigilant and whilst carrying out duties, continuously check for any damage, faults or defects, and if found, follow the reporting procedures to the management team.
