About the Role:
Talent Operations is the function responsible for enabling the overall talent organization to work more effectively, to execute locally and at scale, and to create new value by incorporating more modern practices, deploying more innovative technologies and delivering more consistent outcomes.
- This role is a six-month fixed term contract with potential to convert to full-time (however, not guaranteed)._

What You’ll Do:
Assist with job posting and advertisement processes- May assist with other projects as assigned

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management or related business field coupled with 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources- Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvementSuperb attention to detail required as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills- Ability to work cross functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
