What you'll be doing:
We are on the look-out for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Glasgow as a Billing Administrator.
- Managing customer records
- Monitor and manage ticketing system
- Processing sales orders
- Processing customer cancellations
- Monthly billing
- Manage Microsoft licence packages on Microsoft Portal and CRM
- Queries from Sales Team
- Other ad hoc billing requirements

As a Billing Administrator you will also liaise with our Sales, Technical and Finance teams to clarify customer billing requirements.
