**Job Description**:

- Reporting to the Night Manager, this person will be responsible for successfully supporting Export functions.
- Manage the receipt of all outbound files from Customer Services on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are processed and dispatch to the airlines to meet the respective cut off times
- Create Mawb's
- Create export entries
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding the handling of the shipments especially when shipments are delayed
- Communicate with Customer Services and Transport in regards to the collection of shipments back to the office
- Communicate with Overseas agents
- Communicate with airlines and handling facilities.
- Exports primary function is to gather the information required to export the shipment so that the transit time can be achieved
- Post flight and trace investigations to improve export service. Obtain handling reports and refunds where appropriate.

Working a permanent Monday - Friday 6pm - 3am shift.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
