Optime Group in partnership with a well known Ground Handling company located at Gatwick Airport are looking for Front of House Staff /Passenger Service Agents.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experiences and someone who enjoys working as an individual or part of a team.
Start dates confirmed for 2023

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking in of passenger’s baggage for their respective flights
- Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
- Offering and aiding customers’ needs
- Direct customers to the right direction/assist if needed
- Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

**Skills required**:

- Good eye for the details
- Previous customer service experiences
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and understanding
- Flexibility

**An example of this Rota pattern could be**: 6 on 3 off pattern
- 03:00 - 12:00
- 03:00 - 12:00
- 05:00 - 14:00
- 13:00 - 22:00
- 12:00 - 21:00
- 11:00 - 20:00

Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.

**Documents required for the interview**:

- Passport or Birth Certificate
- UK Settled Status (If applicable)
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of (current) Address
- 5 Year Address History
- 5 Year Work Reference History

**Hours of work/Pay rates**:

- Full time position with permanent role opportunity
- £ 11.39 p/h paid weekly
- Overtime paid at £17.00 per hour over 40 hours
- 2 weeks paid training provided
- Hours may vary working on a 6 on 3 off pattern

Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.
