We are looking for a **Receptionist **to join our **GP Practice** and work as a part of a team manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our **Patients**.
- **Pay**:£11.55ph**
- **Contract type**:Permanent; Part-time - 30 to 37.5 hpw**
- **Location: We currently operate from 3 sites: Brunswick and Burwash in Hove and Benfield in Portslade. You will be mainly based at the Benfield practice.**
- **Working hours: between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday**

**About the role**:
As a Receptionist, you will be joining a highly skilled and friendly Reception team and work closely with our Triage team to provide the highest standard of patient care possible.

We are looking for well organised individual with can do attitude, strong communication and customer service skills to provide a service to our patients in line with our practice ethos.

**What we would like you to do**:

- Welcoming patients and directing them to the practitioner they're visiting
- Scheduling visits
- Answering and making phone calls on behalf of the practice employees
- Maintaining the reception area
- Keeping patients and practice records up to date
- Performing various admin tasks

Our practice is committed to 'opening doors' for those who have previously found it difficult to access primary care services, with a particular focus on disadvantaged populations. We run specialist hormone clinics covering all aspects of women's and trans health, working closely with local groups. We also run outreach clinics for refugees.
