Plots Reservation and Administrative Assistant

Our Bristol Office's Projects, Real Estate and Finance (PREF) group has an opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant to work within the Real Estate team providing administrative support to the Plots Conveyancing team on a daily basis.
The role fulfils an integral part of the conveyancing output of the Plots Team which service multiple major house builders.
This role is a full time, permanent position, with working hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm (with flexibility to meet deadlines as required) and will be based out of our Bristol office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively to record and process all plot sale reservations received from developer clients in line with KPIs.
- Ensure that plot sale reservation forms are processed quickly and efficiently through our case management system.
- Responsible for sending out initial letters, sale contracts and accompanying documentation adhering to OC standards of accuracy and presentation.
- Liaise with sales consultants of developer clients regarding the receipt/content of relevant forms and highlighting any persistent issues so that CRMs can resolve with their client contacts.
- Adhere to agreed client processes and risk and compliance guidance.
- Deal with enquiries from developer clients, buyers' solicitors and colleagues, and ensuring effective transfer of information.
- Maintain, amend and format standard and matter documentation, in both hard copy and electronic files, to ensure information is always up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the plot sales team according to operational demands.

- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
- Can work successfully as part of a team with a willingness to share/receive feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and be proactive to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working, to fit with the needs of the team and our clients.
