**Benefits**
- Earning from £925 (paid weekly), depending on client needs, includes £50 weekly meal allowance
- Travel expenses up to £50 paid for to and from placements
- Weekly in-person support and supervision in the client’s home from our dedicated care managers
- 'Out of hours' support in case of emergencies

**Job Description** Responsibilities**:
- Offering companionship and emotional support to older adults
- Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Reminding and aiding with medication adherence
- Helping with light household tasks
- Assisting with meal preparation and tidying
- Ensuring the safety of older individuals at home
- Providing support with errands and transportation as necessary
**Qualifications** About you**:
- Experience in live-in care, preferably with expertise in dementia care
- Demonstrated patience, understanding, and a friendly demeanor
- Possessing genuine kindness, patience, compassion, and care
- Excellent communication skills with management, clients, and/or family member
