Location: Bromsgrove**Salary**: £19-£24,000
Job Description for Account Manager:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with allocated client(s)
- Effective communication with client(s) / timely reports of live jobs
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer(S) needs and requirements
- Manage client(s) expectations and provide information in a timely manner
- Responsible for understanding all requirements from client(s)
- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customer(s) in a timely manner
- To successfully manage SLAs for their client(s) and any updates communicated to the client(s) for any late SLAs
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Responsible for the correct allocation of the works whether it be a subcontractor or a direct engineer.
- Collating the correct information on all jobs prior to going through the planning process.
- Identify areas where additional subcontractor and direct engineer support
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- First point of contact for all clients prior to any escalation
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting profitable relationships
- Ensure that profit margins are achieved as best as possible
- Identify other opportunities for additional sales
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Responsible for updating all client(s) portal and our CRM system(s)
- Responsible Monitoring of all open / ongoing orders
- Responsible to clear all old and outstanding jobs
- Responsible to have RAM tracking on all desktops to ensure that all engineers are mobilised and out of the house, keeping client updated on arrival times
- Develop strong working relationships with direct engineers and subcontractors
- Manage direct engineer and subcontractor workload effectively
- Effective communication with direct engineers and subcontractors

Skills and Attributes of Account Manager:

- Experience within a customer focused role.
- Computer literate.
- Team Player with a positive attitude.
- Very organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Confident and not afraid to ask questions or for support.
