**Job Profile**:
Accounts Supervisor required joining our client a growing Accountancy Practice based in Bromsgrove on a full time, permanent basis. The Client Manager will be responsible for reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns and reviewing financial statements, corporation tax returns and management accounts.

The ideal Client manager will be ACA or ACA qualified with previous experience using Xero software and will be either an established Client manager or a Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career.

Accounts Supervisor Position Overview
- Review bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Prepare/review financial statements and sole trade accounts, corporation tax returns and management accounts
- Drafting advice with the support of Managers and Directors
- Manage the affairs of a small portfolio of clients
- Being first point of contact for your portfolio of clients
- Liaise with clients on their deadlines and other requirements
- Assist Managers/Directors with all deadlines including Accounts, Tax, VAT, Payroll and Company Secretarial

Accounts Supervisor Position Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience

Experience working within an Accountancy Practice is essential for this role

Have a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

Have experience as a Supervisor or experienced Senior

Competent using Microsoft Packages

Competent using Xero

Good people and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and focus

Able to relay with confidence knowledge on tax and other affairs to reassure clients

Have a good understanding of disclosures

Have a good understanding of personal tax

Accounts Supervisor Position Remuneration

Salary £30,000 - £38,000

Annual leave 24 days + public holidays

Full time, Monday - Friday

Relaxed dress code
