Do you have a passion for keeping things in top shape? Are you a hands-on individual with a broad knowledge of building maintenance?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

**What you'll be doing**:
Carrying out a variety of building maintenance tasks, including basic joinery, roofwork, and plumbing.

Working independently and as part of a team to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently

Proactively identifying potential problems and taking steps to prevent them

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**What you'll bring**:
A broad knowledge of building maintenance is essential

Experience in joinery, roofwork, and plumbing would be a plus, but not essential

A willingness to learn and develop new skills

The ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A valid driving license

A positive and can-do attitude

**What we offer**:
Competitive salary of £35,000 per year negotiable based on experience and skills
