**About You**

Are you passionate about nurturing future talent and driving organisational success? We are currently looking to recruit a confident, committed, and ambitious Early Talent Lead to manage our efforts in attracting, developing, and championing individuals at the early stages of their careers.

This is a position for an individual with a background and passion in Early Careers who has demonstrable experience in being able to partner strategically with business leaders whilst sharing a passion for diversity and inclusivity and how this supports our efforts of achieving a high performing culture.

You will have proven experience in delivering successful outcomes with a strong background in people development ad budget management and sound knowledge of early career talent sources and the apprenticeship levy.

It is a challenging, and rare opportunity that requires an individual to be capable of working autonomously with detailed information to produce accurate, high quality and well-presented work, who is forward-thinking, and organised individual, with an infectious can-do attitude.

**The Role**

As an independent worker, your main focus will be on tackling tasks and projects on your own, utilizing your unique skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results. You'll be entrusted with responsibilities that require self-direction and a proactive approach.

As the Early Talent Lead, your focus will be on cultivating a pipeline of talent and ensuring the optimum delivery that aligns with our strategic goals.

The role will have accountability for the early career strategy, the development of our early career framework, recruitment into early career schemes, the investment in apprenticeships and ultimately ensuring the success of the individuals involved.

You will be a champion for the talent and an advocate for the individuals as they take on growing levels of responsibility when they exit this stage of their careers.

Ensure that the business is maximising the investments in early career and apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with the apprenticeship standards and, separately, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful integration and inclusion of early talent roles into the business.
