Assembly Operative

Pertemps are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to work for our market leading client based in Coningsby. Working in production you will be working in the laminating department where you will be required to assemble and manufacture various carbon fibre products.

**_What you will I be doing as an Assembly Operative?_**
- Preparing composite materials for production- Mixing resins and cutting fiberglass fabrics- Inspect moulding to assure customers quality requirements are met- Production processes including preparation of moulds and de-moulding- Assembling components following directions and or working from drawings- Quality checking the product at each stage for defects**_ _**

**_What hours will I be working?_**

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, the hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm. You will receive one hour for lunch.

**_How much will I be paid?_**

The pay will be
**£11.25ph** for the first 40 hours then
**£14.06ph** for each hour worked after this. This a starting rate but as you increase knowledge and skills your hourly rate will also increase.

**_What skills will I require?_**
- Experience in production or manufacturing would be advantageous- Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination- Good communication skills, verbal and written- Working knowledge of hand and power tools**_ _**
