**Job Description**:
Pertemps are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to work for our market leading client based in Coningsby who are offering full training and long-term secure employment. While working in production you will be manufacturing a range of products from fibre glass and resins which include boats, seating for both the rail and aerospace industries, and classics car kits.

**_What you will I be doing as a Assembly Operative?_**
- Drilling, sanding, and filling parts- Assisting with the manufacture of boats, classic car kits, seating- Use of hand tools or machines to assemble parts / components- Assembling components following directions and or working from drawings- Quality checking the product at each stage for defects**_ _**
**_What hours will I be working?_**

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, the hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm

**_How much will I be paid?_**

The pay will be
**£10.25ph** to
**£11.25ph**. This a starting rate but as you increase knowledge and skills your hourly rate will also increase.

**_What skills will I require?_**
- Experience in production or manufacturing would be advantageous- Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination- Good communication skills, verbal and written- Working knowledge of hand and power tools**_ _**
