Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join their team.

**Package**
Salary up to £28,600 p.a.

**What’s involved?**
As a Reservations Agent your duties will include but not limited to:
- Input all Reservations accurately into the Opera PMS System, and Open Table/InfoGenesis
- Be fully conversant on hotel rates, packages, promotions to ensure revenue is maximised.
- Answer all incoming switchboard calls and take room service orders whilst forwarding to the team
- Make and confirm incoming room, and F&B bookings in line with the departmental standards
Ideally you will have previous luxury 4 or 5 star luxury Hotel experience working as a Reservations Agent and must be engaging, motivated and have excellent communication skills as well as pleasant telephone manner. Applicants who have a strong front office background will be considered and experience of Opera is essential.
