**About the Role**:
A new opportunity has arisen within our Facilities Department on site at Lichfield for 2 x Facilities Support Team Members to join the team.
This is an exciting permanent job prospect for someone who is looking for a secure position in a well-established company.

ROTATING DAY SHIFTS - (06.00am - 14.00pm / 14.00pm - 22.00pm)

PAY RATES; £11.44 - £17.16 P/H

**How will you contribute?**
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager.
- Responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of the external & internal site décor & building fabric.
- Responsible for minor maintenance and repairs as and when required.
- Ensuring items for re-cycling and disposal are segregated accordingly, stored for collection and are accounted for.
- Checking that hygiene and maintenance schedules are followed & completed.
- Ensure internal hygiene & housekeeping standards are continuously improved to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Operating counterbalance and MHE cleaning equipment.
- Daily yard duties, including hygiene, emptying main bins across site, pallet control.
- Supporting racking maintenance, service and repairs.
- Supporting with fire alarm, call point, sprinkler testing, and various other testing i.e. Truck wash, Water, Back up Generator, Pump house valve, Mains Pumps.
- Spill kit checks & restocks.
- Dock Door, Leveller, and Ladder checks.
- Carry out other duties as required that are within your capabilities.
- All other day to day maintenance activities to ensure continuation of the operation.
