Admin Team Lead

Our successful Harrods Catering Office team is now looking for an Admin Team Leader to help manage administration support to the team within our world-class Restaurants and Kitchens.

About the Role

This opportunity will sit in a centralised function that supports the Kitchens and Restaurants operations with admin support, reporting, database management and tasks that arise from the senior team. The Team Leader role will be directly responsible for managing key stakeholders and the workloads required for their area, manage processes and outputs with recommendations to meet work load demand across the admin assistants.

On a day to day basis, this will include responsibilities such as processing service charge for all our Restaurants & Kitchens staff, processing holiday requests, writing and distributing monthly newsletters, and creating and presenting ad-hoc reports at the request of stakeholders.

About You

You’ll need to be a people person with great communication skills, as building relationships across our business is key to success in this role. You’ll be a team player, but be an experienced people manager who is excited to mentor and share your knowledge with the junior members of your team. You don’t need to have experience within hospitality, but it would be great if you do.

Additionally, you will have:

- Extensive experience working in an administration role.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills.
- A good knowledge of understanding processes and how to implement them.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- The confidence to speak with stakeholders of all levels - from our Chefs and Front of House staff up to Director level.
