**About the Role**

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen distribution activities. You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the administration function within the warehouse, including verification, picking confirmation, deliveries record keeping, SAP records maintenance and coordination of shipping and receiving activities. You’ll regularly interact with key stakeholders and collaborate with various departments such as Supply Chain, Buying and kitchen teams.

This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and hands-on operative duties when extra support is needed, including picking, packing, preparing orders, investigating issues and assisting with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse space. You’ll ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**About You**

You’ll have experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar role. You will have great attention to detail as you will be checking key details of Restaurants and Kitchens orders on a day by day basis. You will be confident with handling food based products, hard working, quick thinking and have the ability to take initiative. You will be a valuable team player who thrives on getting the job done to a high Harrods standard. You will have great timekeeping ability with flexibility to support the team across multiple functions with the team end goal in mind.
