SK Estate Agents is a leading, independent family-run property agency based in South Sheffield. Our experienced team combines a friendly, personal approach with extensive knowledge of the market. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated "Inventory Clerk / Viewing Assistant" to join our team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Check-in inventories
- Check out reports
- Periodic inspections
- Property viewings for sales and lettings
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with the office team and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are followed up
- Smoke alarm / carbon monoxide checking and installing if necessary
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Facilitating referencing checks

**Person Specification**:

- Experience in lettings / property management desirable
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent time keeping/time management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience of working within a team
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Dynamic with a can do attitude
- Acts with integrity
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
- Use of own vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Computer literate

**Other Responsibilities**:
As we are a small business, from time to time you will be required to help with other duties when appointments are cancelled.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sheffield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (required)
