Are you a Bookkeeper or Freelance Bookkeeper looking for a full time long term role?

My client are a highly successful company in the sevenoaks area within walking distance from the train station currently looking for a Full time Bookkeeper to join their ranks.

Required Skills are:
3 years minimum Bookkeeping experience
A good working knowledge of Word and Excel and relevant book keeping packages.
Ability to regularly work to and meet deadlines.
An AAT Book Keeping Qualification or similar.
Very well presented, polite and courteous and a good communicator.
Good time keeping (and you must live within a commutable distance to the office).

Core duties are:
All accounts to trial balance
Printing All Payable and Receivable Invoices.
Filing All Payable and Receivable Invoices (hardcopy and excel).
Scanning All relevant Payable and Receivable invoices.
Sending All relevant documents to the director and Accountants in a timely and organised manner.

Salary Details:
The Salary will range from £11 per hour to £14.50 per hour (dependent on relevant experience and capabilities).
