Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

Pay Rates: £25 - £34 per hour

**Summary**:
We are currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Client in Kilmarnock. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, promoting their well-being and recovery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow policies, procedures, and legal requirements for patient safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in mental health nursing.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach.
