**Salary**: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum

**Hours**: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Annual Leave**: 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays

**Overview**:
Trigon Recruitment are working in partnership with an up-and-coming nationwide training provider specialising in Apprenticeships, short courses, and professional development. Due to expansion, the training provider is seeking Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Assessors to deliver education and training through a blended learning approach. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for creating individualised learning journeys for a caseload of apprentices/learners, ensuring they have an excellent learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent teaching, learning, and assessments to a caseload of apprentices.
- Manage apprentices' progress, promptly addressing any issues by reporting to the Quality and Learning Manager.
- Conduct monthly learning sessions for assigned apprentices.
- Provide sector-specific skills, knowledge, and behaviours based on initial assessments.
- Implement Functional Skills delivery as part of the apprenticeship program.
- Ensure high-quality compliance paperwork and planning for the learning journey.
- Offer individualised information, advice, and guidance to learners for their career and learning decisions.
- Collaborate with employers to review apprentices' progress and recruit new apprentices, maximizing opportunities.
- Actively engage in caseload reviews and report key delivery information to managers and compliance colleagues.
- Encourage employers and learners to participate in the satisfaction survey.
- Attend team, centre, and standardisation meetings, as well as external visits.
- Support the wider team and assist with training and development planning, including Learning and Development training if required.
- Promote safeguarding and maintain a vigilant culture across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- A qualification up to Level 3 or ideally, Level 5 in Health and Social Care or relevant occupational competence.
- An Assessor qualification such as D32/33/TAQA/CAVA or willingness to work towards it.
- GCSE Grade A*-C in English, Maths, and IT or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
