We’re looking for someone with excellent administration skills to join our Business Services Team at Royal Primary Care based at our Rectory Road site in Staveley.

18.75 hours per week

Our 9 surgeries can get busy, and our healthcare professionals rely on our efficient administrative support. An ability to multitask and be super organised is a must. Recognising priorities and reaching deadlines and targets is all part of working within the back office. Given the service we provide, we want you to demonstrate your written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work accurately under pressure. We work with sensitive patient information and, if you join us, you’ll be committed to always maintaining strict confidentiality.

To work within the Back Office Business Services Team on various functions to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

Must be able to work on their own as well as part of a team

Must have a keen eye for detail, inputting data accurately

Quick Leaner

Other essential skill/qualifications are GCSE/ Functional Skills in English & Maths Level C/ Grade 4, ability to follow instructions, a desire for service improvement, having a pro-active approach in learning, attention to detail, problem solver and produce quality work.

Desirable skills/ qualifications are Medical Terminology, NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration, knowledge of an NHS environment, knowledge of working with SystmOne (or equivalent). Previous read coding advantageous
