The post holder will play a key role in leading the delivery of key projects in the e-Hospital programme, including leading the implementation of a new Patient Administration System (PAS).

The post holder will drive the delivery of our ambitious e-Hospital Programme across UHL.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Delivery of improvement programmes and deputising for colleagues where necessary
- Interpretation of technical requirements for clinical and operational teams, to support any business change prior to roll out of aspects of e-Hospital
- Working closely with the Associate Director of Operations, take guidance on delivering the workstreams required within the programme, and articulate and operationalise these requirements working with the leadership teams of both the Clinical Management Groups
- Leadership and management of external contractors and relationships

This role has an emphasis on engagement, delivery, and planning. The post holder will support the Clinical Management Groups and the digital team and engage in issues needing operational and strategic intervention.
