**Job Purpose**:
Your primary role will be to support customer service and early-stage collections, work closely with partner businesses, and ensure that all contracts are LBQC compliant, booked, and funded.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Countersign contracts and ensure they are reviewed, approved, and activated timely.
- Complete contract settlements daily.
- Oversee partner billing.
- Ensure the first invoice is processed, approved, and issued daily.
- Provide communication and support for partners and their businesses.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**:

- Contract administration experience preferred.
- Understanding of Leasing business preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Understanding and appreciation of different cultures and environments
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
