We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Coordinator to join our Lettings department. This varied role will require a multitude of skills and attributes as the successful individual will be operating across a number of internal teams, but cover residential property Management, Renewals and Lettings administration.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
- Processing general enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
- Maintaining up-to-date property records on our internal system
- Negotiating tenancy renewals with Landlords and Tenants and undertaking the associated administrative tasks.
- Handling property management enquiries and seeing them through to resolution
- General administrative support to the wider teams

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- previous or current experience in some capacity in lettings.
- Proactive “can do” attitude, with exceptional organisational skills and used to working effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will be a personable, team player, with a professional approach
- Retain a strong attention to detail
- IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly

**Salary & Benefits**

Basic salary circa **£22,000-£23,000 per annum,** depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses and further financial incentives.

**Hours of Work**

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. When supporting Property management there may be an occasional requirement to work on Saturdays, where if worked a day off in lieu will be provided.
