We are looking to recruit a
**Trainee Administrator **for our client based in Crewe. This is a brand-new opportunity for business who are going through a period of growth and pride themselves on progression opportunities. You will play a pivotal part in assisting in administrative duties.

**Duties as a Trainee Administrator**:

- Updating company databases
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Handling quotations
- Handling queries and dealing with both customers and clients
- Completing reports
- Passing on relevant information to the team
- Dealing with and processing invoices
- General administrative support and relevant ad-hoc duties

**What we are looking for**:

- A desire to support the team and perform administrative tasks
- Strong customer service
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- A desire to learn and a positive attitude
- A quick thinker
