**This role is to deliver a new service directly to parents, the Co-Parenting Every day (CoPE) programme. This is a pilot programme which incorporates mentalization-based therapy (MBT) and a psychoeducational approach, working with parents in intact and separated co-parenting relationships who are engaging in parental conflict. CoPE training is provided.**

If successful, you will be expected to provide service delivery in key defined areas of RPC practice and to contribute to the development of wider Relate objectives. You will work sessionally, on a casual basis.

Please note, **you must have a qualification in Mentalization-Based Therapy** either with parents or families in order to deliver this work.

At Relate, we are committed to providing a flexible service which meets the needs of clients, and the CoPE delivery is no different. Parents are likely to want appointments in the evenings at times so we are looking for people who can offer this at least once a week.

**Salary**: £27,000 FTE pro rata to 22.5 hours

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £17,357.14 per year
