As a General Minor Scrub (ODP), you will play a vital role in assisting the surgical team during minor surgical procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating theatre, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and assisting the surgeon during the procedure.

To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant qualification in Operating Department Practice (ODP) and previous experience working in a similar setting. You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating theatre for minor surgical procedures.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures.
- Monitor and maintain a sterile environment.
- Handle and pass instruments to the surgeon as required.
- Provide support and reassurance to patients before and after the procedure.
- Document and maintain accurate records of procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Operating Department Practice (ODP).
- Previous experience working in a similar setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified shift from 08:30:00 to 20:00:00.

**Payment Rate**: £333.85 per shift
