The role of the Estimator involves generating quotations and proposals for minor maintenance tasks and small-scale projects.
Our industry is characterized by a dynamic, high-volume environment focused on both reactive and scheduled maintenance electrical services. Therefore, it is essential to be self-driven, a critical thinker, flexible, and eager to acquire new skills while embracing challenges, whether working independently or as part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Estimator:
Cost Estimation:
Develop precise and comprehensive cost estimates for electrical assignments, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure all specifications are fulfilled.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to effectively manage time and workloads while juggling multiple projects in a sequential manner.
Possession of a valid UK driving license.
