**Key Tasks**:
- Maintain a highly professional and informative approach while liaising with customers.
- Effectively deal with inbound and outbound calls
- Collecting debt owed by clients.
- Dealing with Customer queries
- Updating and maintaining the case management system with full accurate notes and add any correspondence from debt management customers.
- Any other responsibility required to perform the role.
This is not an exhaustive list of your duties, and you may be required to carry out other duties and tasks required for the efficient operation of the business.
**Essential criteria**:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a collection’s role/ strong telephone-based role is essential.
**Personal Specification**:
As this role requires customer interaction, we expect some common specifications in our agents.
- Proficient with IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work using own initiative and motivation.
- Demonstrate flexibility in busy times where possible.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
