Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team in Snodland.

This is a varied and busy role in a vibrant office. They are looking for an outgoing, bubbly person who will be able to liaise with their clients and process administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support the Sales Administration Supervisor
- Processing of sales orders from start to finish, to include the uploading of finance documentation
- Coordinate machine deliveries
- Managing telephone sales enquiries from customers
- Preparing machine documentation for machine installation and PDI’s.
- Process of importation documentation
- Handle Warranty registration process
- CEM/Database Systems
- Stock Audits - with 3rd party suppliers
- Finance Maturity dates - liaising with Finance Houses
- General sales administration duties and other Ad-Hoc duties as required

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- SAP sales order processing and machine enquiry systems.
- Manufacturing facility production and order processing systems
- Some experience of working in an office environment
