We have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team to assist in the treasury and purchase ledger function. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to learn and progress as the company does. The Finance team are mostly based in Southport but work from home the majority of the time so this would be suitable for anyone in a North West location.
**Salary and Hours**
- Entry Level salary, negotiable based on experience.
- Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating the purchase process and administering basic orders
- Review and reconciliation of company credit card accounts
- Processing invoices, getting approvals and raising low level queries
- Chasing up supplier responses and internal deadline submissions
- Allocating bank transactions
- Supplier payment run preparation
- Ad hoc duties as required in relation to finance projects
**Who we are looking for**
- Grade C/5 + in GCSE Maths/English
- Administration experience desirable
- Experience with Sage 50 is desirable
**Benefits and rewards**
- 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (hours and flexibility can be negotiated)
- Home working possible or can facilitate working at any of our 11 sites across North West. There will be an expectation to attend some meetings in person so some travel required (expenses covered).
