Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position.
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing and data entry
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Organize and schedule deliveries,
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other documents
- Help computerize office operations by implementing efficient systems and processes
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
- Dial out and speak with new and existing customers and promote new and existing products.
Qualifications:
- People person with strong communication skills
- Strong clerical skills including typing, data entry, and filing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
