Senior Consultant, Organisational Performance

This is a key role within the growing Organisational Performance team within Consulting Division of Kantar.

We are looking for a highly talented, ambitious self-starter with a passion for people and capability development to work on high profile projects with global clients, largely but not exclusively, in the CPG sector.

Experience of developing and/or delivering training content is highly desirable but not essential for the right profile.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as a key member of the Organisational Performance team, supporting on projects that include competency design & assessment, blended learning design & execution and business or functional transformation.
- Contribute to the delivery of great client experiences, aiding in client stakeholder relationship development, project management, insight development, content design and execution.
- Contribute the winning new projects with clients, writing proposals and attending client pitches.
- Help develop and refine our consulting solutions and client offerings through an up-to-date understanding of hot topics and challenges facing our clients, ensuring we are offering innovative and highly relevant products aligned to the pace of change around learning & development.

- Excellent stakeholder influencing and management skills.
- Experience of end-to-end project management from scoping, planning, delivery to evaluation.
- The ability to interpret data and translate this into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Commercial acumen.
- Experience of delivering against targets and KPIs.
- Expertise in developing and/or delivering learning is highly desirable.
