**Overall Purpose of the Role**

This role is responsible for supporting the both the retail and lounge areas on event days as well as the planning for events at OVO Arena Wembley one of London’s iconic music venues, averaging 120 concerts a year.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Operations**
- _
- Support the co-ordination and delivery of all events and to ensure all functions run efficiently and effectively
- Management of lounges and hospitality events as required
- To liaise with clients regarding requirements for each event and to sure ensure that quotes, catering agreements and invoices are prepared correctly.
- Maintain key relationships with both internal and external clients
- Assisting with the ordering for events as well as the set up and breakdown of events
- To inspire, strive and be an ambassador for the business to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
- Ensure that health, safety, hygiene rules and procedures are always followed as a priority.
- Demonstrate full alignment with the Levy and client vision and values by consistently doing the right things and celebrating successes.
- Manage the business needs and performance standards in line with Levy Signatures

- To manage the process of invoicing and completion of the weekly sales log
- Complete labour planners using Human force
- Ensure strict adherence to company Profit Protection processes and procedures.
- Collate, compile and provide analysis of data as required to support line management.

- To build, lead and manage an effective team of variable personnel.
- Assist with the training and development of the team alongside Constellation

**Health and Safety**
