- The department- Responsibilities**Operational**
- Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and customize Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate (Flow)to meet business requirements.
- Contribute and communicate training and documentation for end users, attend user groups as necessary, and other user-related activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and propose innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Take ownership of support escalations.
- Consult with company’s software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.
- Assist and contribute to pre-testing phases of new systems and improvements.
- collaborating with junior team members to deliver the allocated work to a very high standard and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

**Planning**
- Contributes to development and presentation of routine business cases by completing supportive research and other tasks under the supervision of senior team members.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- Proven experience as a Power Platform expert, with a strong focus on Power Apps & Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate for creating workflows, approvals, and business process automation.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be highly beneficial.
