**The Role**
An award winning law firm based in Manchester is looking to expand their Employers Liability team.
**Team Leader - EL/PL - Manchester - £55,000 - REF627284CF**
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive who will manage their own caseload of pre and post litigation EL/PL files. Given opportunities in this team are rare, its a great time to join a highly reputable law firm who offer a genuine opportunity to progress.
- The desire to manage a team of EL/PL Fee Earners & Support Staff
- Experience managing an EL/PL caseload from inception to completion
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
