- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Desirable_
- Previous experience within an administrative role would be advantageous
- An IT qualification is also desirable
- Knowledge of the building trade is advantageous
- Previous experience using a Customer Database
- Please note; this is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm in our offices in Bury St Edmunds._
**What will I be doing in the role?**
The role will consist of providing telephone customer support, routine administrative tasks, for branches and customers (public & trade) on the use of **Build Aviator** for their building projects. You will also monitor customer accounts where required.
- Perform admin duties including updating databases / spreadsheets, notes and records on our in-house systems
- Speak to customers; gain reviews, upgrade customers, introduce new services / products
- Process payments
