An exciting opportunity has become available to work directly with one of our highly recognised Insurance clients as a Resourcing Consultant on an initial 3-month contract with the potential of a permanent opportunity.

This role would be suitable for an experienced recruiter who is able to work with fast volumes or a senior recruitment coordinator who is looking to take a step up. You will be working with high volume roles within the contact centre and benefit from a supportive team.

You will need to work on a hybrid basis being based on site a couple times a week in Redhill, Surrey with the rest of your working week benefitting from home working.

**What you will be doing**:

- Primary and overall responsibility is to manage the end-to-end resourcing life-cycle (from job approval to new starter joining) for roles within a defined business area)
- Directly source, through relevant sourcing channels, the right people to meet the
- business needs of today, and the strategic needs of the future
- Build, develop and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues,
- Provide timely and accurate MI and data insight at all stages of the recruitment life cycle, ensuring all resourcing KPI's and SLA's are met
