REED are working with a highly successful organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of **Loan Administrator** to join the team on a permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, to work as part of the Loan Management team, looking after a portfolio of loans on behalf of a key client, conducting administrative activity and ensuring compliance with policiesand procedures.

**Responsibilities**
- Working independently to manage multiple loan portfolios
- Ongoing loan management from deal closure to maturity
- Preparing annual reviews for clients
- Review and analyse documentation and project monitor reports
- Submitting credit papers for client approval
- Collecting borrower reports
- Contribute to and attend the monthly asset review meeting with the client, ensuring all necessary data has been collated and is ready to present
- Provide an efficient service to clients
- Other day to day administration tasks as required.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Existing experience within administration - minimum of 2 years
- Ability to quickly organise and coordinate work, prioritising effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Team working skills
- Excellent Communication - written and verbal
- Competent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to problem solve and come up with improvement ideas
- Experience within Property, Financial, Insurance, or Legal would be desirable.
