**Job description**

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a number of rental properties which includes the following but not limited too:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Advertising available properties for rent.
- Deal with enquiries, register applicants and arrange viewings
- Conduct viewings.
- Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance issues and ensure dealt with in appropriate timescale.
- Arrange Inspections

**Requirements**:
5 GCSE’s graded A-C including English

Ideally at least 1 years experience within the industry

Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Good IT skills/Computer literate.

Ability to work both independently/alongside colleagues

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise/multi task

Great organisational skills

Reliable and Punctual

Clean Driving Licence

Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 or 2 Saturday mornings per month

**Salary**: depending on age/experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,500.00 per year
