Our client, one of the UK's leading estate agents with branches operating across the country, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their office in Sheffield due to continued growth. The Lettings Administrator will be workingalongside the team and attending viewings / site inspections on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a position which will offer them great progression and good earning potential.

- Working Hours: 9am to 5:30pm plus alternate Saturday 9.30am until 1.00pm

**Lettings AdministratorPosition Overview**
- Booking check ins and outs
- Helping the Negotiators with admin duties
- Liaising with landlords and tenants for all documents
- Arranging valuations
- Dealing directly with clients / applicants looking to let or rent and answer any enquiries
- Attending viewings and site inspections
- Progressing tenancy paperwork
- Further details to be discussed

**Lettings AdministratorPosition Requirements**
- Must have previous experience working in a lettings environment
- Must be looking for a long-term permanent role
- Must have good administrative skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in a fast-passed environment
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driver's license and Car
- Further requirements can be discussed

- Salary: £20,000 - £22,000
- Commission structure
