We are looking for a Disability Adviser to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

- ABOUT YOU
- To be considered as a Disability Adviser, you will need:

- Excellent Knowledge of disability legislation, Disabled Student Allowance and an in-depth understanding or learning support in a higher education context
- Experience of providing customer facing services and working in a customer-centred way with internal and external organisations
- Experience of managing a significant caseload and accurate record keeping while understanding confidentiality and data protection issues
- Experience in the delivery of staff training with evidence of willingness to innovate in training and development
- Good understanding of, and commitment to, the use of technology to support the delivery of customer services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in IT including knowledge of enabling technology and software programmes- A good level of general education
