- **What you'll be doing**_
- Monitoring customer ledgers, ensuring customers adhere to payment terms
- Developing relationships with customers to resolve queries concerning their accounts
- Reconciling accounts and allocating payments
- Communicating disconnection notices and preparing accounts for debt recovery
- Reviewing case notes and liaising with our 3rd party Debt Recovery agents
- Assisting with further development of credit control process and procedure
- Ensuring company service standards are met and maintained in all communications of a financial nature
- **What we're looking for**_
- Proven experience as a credit controller, or in a similar role
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage workload and priorities, adapting to changing needs and priorities
- Good working knowledge of Xero and MS Office would be an advantage
